ICG’s mission is to support organizations to become sustainably successful by making them more adaptable, innovative and meaningful, where people are empowered to live up to their full potential.

Our consultants shape the way we work, they define ICG. As the needs of our customers are becoming more and more diverse, being able to mutually learn from each other is one of our most important success factors. If you become part of the ICG team, “standard consulting” is certainly not on your agenda. We work with multinational companies but also support local middle size enterprises as well.

What you can expect

We are looking for our next senior partner, who will contribute to the growth of the Hungarian company and to the ICG Group. Our consulting approach combines technical expertise with process consulting. Therefore, our consultants are expected to have a high willingness to learn and to develop in both fields. We are a well-orchestrated, complementary team of individual consultants – we are not only connected by our shared values & ambitions, our consulting approach and quality standards, but also our projects and our joint internal learning and development process.

What is important to us

We need new colleagues to further develop and widen our consulting approach, professional experience as well as technical and process know-how. We are looking for good chemistry with the potential newcomers as we think a good match for each other is crucial in a team. When selecting our future colleagues, we especially look for consultants who has similar approach and attitude towards clients, which is reflected in the way how we communicate with them, how we recognize their needs and how we co-create and jointly implement the specific answers for their challenges.

We are looking for YOU, if …
  • You are a recognized expert in a speciality area (e.g., operational excellence / RPA, user experience, agile development…).
  • You have extensive, preferably international, experience in a management position.
  • You would like to integrate your own expertise with those of your ICG colleagues.
  • You recognize that there are no one-size-fit-all solutions, instead you are a partner in change who facilitates and empowers joint exercisable solutions.
  • You understand that sustainable changes cannot be made without the concerned people.
  • You are committed to continuous learning – you are both open and welcome for constructive feedback.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You know that sales is part of consulting and you are ready to drive it as well.
  • You are prepared to become a long-term contributor to ICG as a partner.
